Cancellation & Refund Policy

This cancellation and refund policy applies to digital design services under the Launch Offer.

Orders may be cancelled before design work begins, with a full refund of any advance payment if applicable.

After initial concept approval or start of execution, amounts paid for completed work are non-refundable; remaining balances are settled by progress.

Personal taste differences after approval are not grounds for refund unless there is a material defect versus the agreed scope.
